Fundraising Coordinator
Join EQT as a Fundraising Coordinator within the CRM team, supporting global fundraising activities, investor events, and roadshows. This role blends coordination, communication, and digital tools in a fast-paced, international environment.
About the CRM team
The CRM team sits within the Brand & Marketing function and is responsible for planning and delivering global pre-marketing, marketing, and due diligence activities for EQT’s fundraises. The team also leads the coordination of investor events, including large-scale annual meetings, virtual events, and industry conferences.
About the role
In this role, you will support global fundraising initiatives by coordinating roadshows, due diligence processes, and investor interactions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external investors to ensure seamless execution of events and communications.

Collaborate with internal teams and external investors.

Assist in organising investor events, including large-scale meetings.

Support virtual events and conference participation.

Maintain high-quality communication and documentation standards.
About you
You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. You bring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Essential skills and experience:

Experience in Investor Relations or a coordination-focused role.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Strong written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Comfortable working with digital tools and systems.

Compensation & Benefits Notice
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary, determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Salary Range Disclosure
The expected base salary range for this Chicago, Illinois–based position is USD 70 – 85 000 per year, determined in good faith based on role scope, experience, skills, and location. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of 10%
