Your Mission:

Join us disrupting the international energy trading market!

Join us as a Senior Business Intelligence Manager and play a key role in transforming how energy traders work. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop user-centric data solutions, generate actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making. By leveraging BI tools and analytical expertise, you will help shape strategy, optimize operations, and enhance reporting capabilities. What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, challenging and refining requests to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional data projects, providing insights that drive strategy, improve efficiency, and support executive decision-making.
  • Develop, design and deliver user-centric data products, incl. dashboards, reports, and visualizations, to drive business decisions and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by working closely with Data Engineering to maintain high-quality pipelines and databases.
  • Deliver data-based insights to business problems from any department to fully enable our organization to make data-based decisions. 

Who you are:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in business intelligence, ideally in a startup, tech, or software environment
  • Proficient in SQL for writing and optimizing queries
  • Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau & Preset. Power BI, Looker, or QuickSight also acceptable
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder needs, expectations, and priorities
  • Strong ability to connect BI insights with business strategy and collaborate across teams
  • Knowledge of data analysis, ideally with Python or R; experience with regression analytics and working with data scientists is a plus
  • Working knowledge of data pipelines and processes
  • Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation
