We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the successful delivery of high-impact products and programs across our organization. In this role, you will lead complex, multi-team initiatives from inception through launch, ensuring alignment with business strategy, delivery excellence, and sustained value creation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will drive portfolio-level planning, enable cross-functional alignment, and mentor delivery teams to achieve their highest potential.

This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Portfolio & Program Leadership – Oversee delivery across multiple products and initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources are managed at both the program and portfolio level.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with executives, product leaders, and technical teams to align delivery outcomes with strategic objectives and facilitate decision-making.
  • Leadership & Mentorship – Coach and develop Product Delivery Managers and other delivery leads, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Risk & Dependency Management – Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks that may impact delivery or product success.
  • Delivery Process Excellence – Define, evolve, and embed delivery best practices, tools, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency, quality, and transparency across teams.
  • Quality & Value Assurance – Champion high-quality standards from ideation through post-launch, ensuring every product delivers measurable value to customers and the business.
  • Agile Delivery Enablement – Lead adoption and refinement of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) to ensure adaptability and delivery consistency.
  • Executive Reporting – Provide clear, actionable delivery insights and recommendations to senior leadership through structured reporting and performance metrics.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: 10+ years in product delivery, project, or program management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-team or multi-product delivery.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Certifications: Advanced credentials such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Certified Scrum Professional highly desirable.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional delivery initiatives with high business impact.
  • Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and executives.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with agile principles and delivery tools, plus familiarity with data analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting frameworks.
