Sales Development Representative (API Solutions)

Location: Ebury Bank - São Paulo - office based

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Client Engagement & Solutions:
  
  • Proactively address client impacts and operational friction.
  • Assess client requirements, develop solutions, and present compelling offerings.
  • Identify up-sell opportunities and expand product/service portfolio.
• Product Process Alignment:
  
  • Convey client needs Product Development
  • Manage complex internal processes and exception requests
  • Conduct market research for strategic planning

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in sales, pre-sales, or product roles within the foreign exchange, payments, or financial services sectors
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical capabilities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), essential for communication with global stakeholders and clients besides fluent Portuguese
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, driving strategic deliveries
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
