Business Architecture Specialist (Pre-Sales - API Solutions)

Location: Ebury Bank Brazil - Sao Paolo office - 4 days on site, 1 day of home office per week

We are looking for an experienced Business Architecture Specialist to be the voice of the client within Ebury Bank. This role is crucial for building relationships and connections with key decision-makers, generating value, and supporting clients' needs to foster mutual growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Solutions:
    - Proactively address client impacts and operational friction.
    - Assess client requirements, develop solutions, and present compelling offerings.
    - Identify up-sell opportunities and expand product/service portfolio.
  • Product & Process Alignment:
    - Convey client needs to Product Development
    - Manage complex internal processes and exception requests
    - Conduct market research for strategic planning

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, or product roles within the foreign exchange, payments, or financial services sectors
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical capabilities
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), essential for communication with global stakeholders and clients - besides fluent Portuguese
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, driving strategic deliveries
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
