Ebury is looking to add a Senior Data Analyst to our Analytics team. The candidate will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and will deliver insight solutions to leverage data to drive team efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:
- Become knowledgeable in data sources and expected outputs in the different Client Management and Compliance Ops domains (including but not limited to KYC, AML and Client Onboarding journey data)
- Skilled in transforming raw data into compelling insights and effectively communicating findings to diverse business stakeholders to foster data-informed actions
- Preparing and validating data and reporting requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Use SQL + Git + dbt to build new analyses and reports and support existing ones
- Developing, testing, maintaining and documenting dashboards (Looker Studio Pro) and self-service analytics platform (LookerBI)
- Use Python to manipulate data and model data solutions according to the business requirements
- Seek to constantly improve, streamline and standardise processes, procedures, systems and tools
About you:
- 4-5 years of experience managing and querying large datasets using SQL
- Experience using Python to manipulate data, a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, a must
- Clear and direct communication skills about complex, technical topics
- Track record of working autonomously with organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
- Extreme ownership and accountability for work
- Experience using dbt to model business logic, a plus
- Experience working with BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift, a plus
- Experience working with Client Onboarding and AML/Financial Crime, a plus
