Job Title – Associate QA Engineer
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Location: Hyderabad
Summary: An Associate QA Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience., primarily focuses on quality assurance in software product development projects. They work closely with the development team to ensure that the software meets the desired standards and requirements. Their main objective is to identify and prevent any defects or issues that may arise during the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test cases based on the requirements and specifications of the software.
- Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
- Defect tracking systems to report and track issues discovered during testing with JIRA knowledge.
- Help troubleshoot issues and provide evidence for issues.
- Good at test automation – Script development, execution and Reporting and Maintain test automation assets
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and coverage – to test end to end business scenarios.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Test Automation & Test Automation Script Development , Good at JAVA Basics
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Automation Testing skills using Selenium, Java, TestNG or any other data driven framework (Mandatory)
- API testing experience through any methods like RESTful services, REST Assured etc. with Karate tool experience is Plus point.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, incorporating new testing techniques, tools, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
