Solutions Consultant - Global Trade Management
Location: US (Remote) This role can be remote in most states, but we are not currently accepting applications from residents of NY, CO, CA and WA.
At e2open, we are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Global Trade Management Presales Solution Consulting team. This is a unique opportunity to become a trusted advisor to leading global businesses, guiding them through their most complex supply chain challenges and helping them unlock the full potential of e2open’s industry-leading solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Be a Strategic Leader: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and positioning the e2open Global Trade Management solutions to meet their business needs.
- Drive the Sales Process: Lead customer discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops that showcase the value of e2open’s solutions.
- Develop Compelling Solutions: Analyze client challenges, design tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the business value of e2open’s offerings.
- Build Relationships: Establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and ensure customer success.
- Influence the Future: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions continue to evolve and meet market demands.
- Be a Thought Leader: Represent e2open at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings, sharing your expertise and building awareness of our brand.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (Advanced degrees in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering are a plus).
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, or software pre-sales.
- Expertise in global trade management and supply chain transformation, with experience in industries such as electronics, manufacturing, CPG, automotive, and more is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence executives.
- Knowledge of enterprise software, AI/ML technologies, ERP systems, and systems integration.
- A self-starter mentality with a strong ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
