As Education Platform and Community Manager, you will spearhead efforts to strengthen Dermalogica’s PST community by delivering impactful educational communications and optimizing digital platforms. Reporting to the Education Director, you will oversee the planning and execution of engaging communications while driving continuous improvement in education activities and systems. This role requires a collaborative, digitally savvy leader with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for professional and retail skincare.

Digital & Communications
- Develop, manage, and execute creative educational strategic communication tools and activities for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Collaborate with Education, Marketing, and Sales teams to align on messaging and engagement strategies.
- Support direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives with innovative onsite educational programs.
- Analyse and report on monthly educational activities, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
LMS & Pro Site Management
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver a seamless LMS experience for PSTs, optimizing for user satisfaction and system growth.
- Drive LMS improvements to enhance PST community engagement and professional development.
- Manage the Pro Site, ensuring it supports the needs of PSTs and reflects the Dermalogica brand.
Event Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of staff tribals and PST conferences. Responsibilities include:
- Agenda development, speaker coordination, and invitations.
- Overseeing presentations, engagement activities, and budget management.
- Preparing wrap-up reports and managing post-event follow-ups.
Performance Measures
- Maximize Engagement Across Educational Digital Channels
- Drive high levels of interaction and participation within the Professional Skin Therapist (PST) community on all digital platforms.
- Ensure educational initiatives resonate with both professional and retail audiences, reflected in measurable increases in engagement metrics.
- Foster Streamlined, Collaborative Relationships Across Functions
- Build and maintain productive, cross-functional partnerships with Education, Marketing, Sales, and technical teams to deliver cohesive and aligned strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and efficient collaboration to support all education-driven projects.
- Optimize LMS and Pro Site Performance
- Successfully manage and analyse LMS metrics to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Deliver enhancements to the LMS user journey and Pro Site, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and satisfying experiences for the PST community.
- Facilitate ongoing improvements that align with growth objectives and elevate the overall quality of education delivery.

- Ability to write compelling marketing content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with LMS systems and improving user experience.
- Strong understanding of the digital design process with an impressive portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including analytics and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Collaborative experience working across multifunctional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the skincare industry.
- A keen eye for design trends and an ability to stay aligned with brand codes.
