We are seeking for a Student Recruiting and Admission Specialist for Constructor Institute of Technology – a Swiss-based private education institute, driving transformative advancements in education, science, and technology.

Responsibilities:     

  • Lead Generation and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications departments to generate high-quality leads for master’s programs, ensuring that both the quality and quantity of leads meet established targets. This includes managing contact and interactions with prospects and monitoring the lead funnel effectively.
  • Feedback Collection: Develop and pitch scripts, conduct discussions, and perform assessments to gather feedback from qualified leads. Investigate reasons why leads chose to apply but ultimately went elsewhere. There can also be an opportunity to develop scoring frameworks for the evaluation and prioritization of leads across diverse channels.
  • Strategic Planning: Provide detailed 6–12-month (academic year of CIT) roadmaps to guide project execution such as preparing projections and expectations of target markets and targets for upcoming intakes within all programs.
  • Content Creation and Branding: Contribute to the development of branded materials for CIT recruitment activities and programs, including social media, affiliated partners and portal inputs.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and organize a variety of student recruitment activities, such as webinars, open house sessions, individual consultations, fairs, visits to schools, lectures, virtual open hour sessions and direct point of contact.
  • Student Communication and Consultation: Provide clear and effective communication and consultation services to prospective students throughout the recruitment/sales process.
  • Application Processing: Manage and process student applications, ensuring the timely submission of all required documents.
  • Application Administration and Support: Oversee and assist in the administration of the entire application process.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule and organize interviews for prospective students with Faculty members.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data at each stage of the recruitment process, producing detailed reports to support strategic decision-making and provide insights directly to the line manager and marketing team.
  • Admissions and Visa Support: Communicate admission results, create and send admission letters, and provide support to students during the visa application process.
  • Contract Management: Facilitate the signing of study contracts with admitted students.
  • Partnership Agreements: Establish and maintain effective communication with partners.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures and ensure completion of all required documentation in line with company standards. 
  • Merchandise Inventory Coordination: Responsible for managing merchandise and promotional materials stored in Zurich and Schaffhausen. This includes overseeing the inventory system to track the usage of items for fairs, events, gifts, business trips, and personal use. You will manage logistics, including processing orders placed domestically and internationally. 

Requirements / Qualifications:     

  • Bachelor’s degree and/ or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Education, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Capable of handling ad hoc tasks and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to develop compelling scripts and effectively pitch them to various stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization professionally and possess a global perspective; willing to travel occasionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
