DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communications:
  • Develop strategic communications plans for all Constructor Knowledge organization, and its ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the Director of Communications and Content, and PR team to develop and execute corporate communication strategy and media relations strategy.
  • Create clear and concise messaging to support key company initiatives and communicate announcements supporting company's press releases.
  • Oversee language and communication presentation, as well as announcements and handling media requests.
  • Lead a team of communication event managers and coordinators to oversee the planning and execution of numerous live, virtual, and hybrid global event and its messaging.
  • Work with PR agencies and free lancers on local media interviews, developing relationships with mainstream media and key social media personalities.
  • Guide team in analyzing the success of each event messaging and communication; propose and implement improvements.
  • Oversee Constructor Knowledge's day-to-day media and influencer relations, including handling inquiries, and developing stories that drive awareness and traffic.
  • Work with Social Media Manager to develop and manage social media programs for Constructor Knowledge entities, including managing media channels, posting and branding-driving social engagement with key audiences, including bloggers, influencers, media, partners, customers.
  • Communicate with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions ensure improvement.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of all global internal communications and employee engagement programs with an aim to build internal understanding of the global strategy, culture and values.
  • Manage, coordinate, and execute a number of complex internal communications projects within stringent timelines and budget parameters.
  • Revise existing communication strategies, create an internal calendar for the company, and analyze the performance of the plan.
  • Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by the organization. Work with leadership team and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them.
  • Serve as communications counselor to the leadership team.
Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  • Create annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Brand Management:
  • Oversee the development and management of the company’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Enhance brand positioning and market presence through innovative campaigns and initiatives.
Digital Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive online traffic and conversions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling stories and visuals.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand marketing reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with industry influencers, media, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage sponsorships and event marketing initiatives.
Student Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive student enrollment and retention.
  • Collaborate with the admissions office to create targeted outreach programs for prospective students.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and optimize recruitment efforts.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals, driving customer engagement and growth.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and enhance overall company presence.
