About the Role

The VIP Concierge is part of our internal concierge team dedicated to delivering exceptional, high-touch service to our most important stakeholders. This role supports senior executives, the Board of Governors, key partners, VIP guests, and high-priority executive candidates.

The VIP Concierge ensures a seamless, personalised experience by managing travel, hospitality, and special arrangements with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

What you will do

VIP Experience & Service Delivery

  • Provide end-to-end concierge support for all VIP stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and refined experience at every interaction.
  • Recommend and coordinate hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, and bespoke activities.
  • Manage special requests promptly and accurately, always ensuring high service standards.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with personal assistants and executive support teams to align preferences and schedules.
  • Collaborate with external service providers (e.g., hotels, chauffeurs, event organisers) when required, while retaining full ownership of the VIP experience.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless planning for VIP visits, interviews, meetings, and events.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate records of arrangements, preferences, itineraries, and service history for returning VIPs.
  • Ensure all arrangements meet company standards, privacy requirements, and brand expectations.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and offer suitable options tailored to the VIP’s profile and preferences.

Step in to assist with high-level or time-sensitive travel, personal, and business service requests when needed.

What We're Looking for Minimum Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, luxury travel, guest relations, or top-level executive assistant role.
  • Strong understanding of premium service standards and VIP expectations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests with urgency, accuracy, and discretion.
