How you’ll demonstrate Ownership

Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for your GTM pod—from scope shaping and resourcing through go-live, adoption, and verified value—operating a single-threaded accountability model that reduces handoffs and accelerates time-to-value. Drive Cognite-Grade execution using standard methods, accelerators, and guardrails; partner closely with Sales and Product to ensure one-company execution.

The Impact you bring to Cognite

Accountability & Leadership

  • Act as the single point of accountability for delivery across your GTM pod; own scope quality, resourcing, delivery quality, escalations, and value proof.
  • Lead a flattened pod leadership trio (PFM/PM, SA Lead, DE Lead, DS Lead) and designate coaches/team leads (≤ 20% billable) to scale standards.

Methodology & Governance

  • Enforce PMO standards: realistic plan baselines, RAID hygiene, change control, and SteerCo cadence.
  • Run VAP/quality gates to Cognite-Grade; ensure Sales–Services–Product handshakes (mutual close plans, product dependency tracking, QBRs/SteerCos).

Configuration-First Value Delivery

  • Lead with configuration-first solutions when product functionality is missing or delayed.
  • Reuse deployment packs/accelerators and coordinate with Industry Innovation for patterns, guardrails, and waivers (reuse → extend → net-new).

Partner Strategy & Scale

  • Determine partner vs. Cognite delivery mix; ensure partner enablement and parity while protecting margin and customer experience.

Customer Adoption & Expansion

  • Ensure adoption plans and KPI telemetry are in place at go-live; align with TAMs on post–go-live value cadence and expansion opportunities.

Decision Rights (examples)

  • Approve scope/SOW readiness (method, risks, dependencies, capacity) and green-light project start after gate pass.
  • Allocate pod capacity and partner mix to meet bookings outlook and ARR priorities.
  • Escalate/resolve cross-functional blockers with Sales/Product via the agreed governance ladder.

Required Experience

  • Track record leading multi-disciplinary SaaS delivery (PM/SA/DE/DS) across complex portfolios with high CSAT and margin discipline.
  • Expert in project/portfolio governance, risk/change control, and executive communications (SteerCo/QBR).
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen (forecasting, utilization, partner economics, gross margin).
  • Comfortable operating in a delivery-led, one-company model with tight GTM and Product alignment.
