How you’ll demonstrate Ownership
You will own day‑to‑day IT support and operations for our Tempe, Phoenix office while contributing to global IT standards, processes, and tooling. You will be accountable for resolving tickets efficiently, maintaining a secure and compliant environment, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality end‑user experience across endpoints, networks, and key SaaS platforms.The Impact you bring to Cognite

- You have experience working in first‑line IT operations support as a hands‑on desktop or endpoint engineer.

- You are eager and ready to work on‑site in our new office location in Phoenix and support a hybrid global workforce
- You have relevant technical skills and jump in where needed to help the team deliver on its tasks
Preferred Experience
- Experience troubleshooting M365 and Google Workspace, Entra ID and Google Identity Platform, SSO, SCIM, and SAML integrations, SaaS applications and license administration, Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Jamf Pro, macOS, Windows, and different Linux distributions, Network and firewall issues, AV equipment, Atlassian products like Jira, JSM, and Confluence, Slack, Python and PowerShell scripting
- Ability to work independently while staying open and collaborative with your own and other teams
- Ability to stay persistent and able to adapt when faced with unexpected challenges
