Key Responsibilities

Master basic AWS cloud service knowledge, be able to document cloud resource architecture, node deployment, network logic and data flow design.

Conduct professional communication and liaison with Indonesian local regulatory authorities, accurately and clearly interpret and demonstrate how business systems complete standardized deployment, data localization and compliant operation in Indonesia.

Provide end-to-end technical support for local business teams, collaboratively handle daily system operation problems, fault troubleshooting, function verification and product compliance configuration issues.

Organize local market compliance deployment documents, operation specifications and regulatory response materials, continuously optimize support process and compliance landing standards.

Cooperate with global product, technical and compliance teams, synchronize local regulatory updates, feed back on on-site liaison difficulties, and drive product features to adapt to local compliance rules.

Assist in completing local system access inspection, regulatory audit coordination and daily stable operation guarantee of online business.
Job Requirements

Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related majors.

Working Experience: 1-3 years of formal working experience in IT industry, technical support, system operation or related engineering positions.

Professional Skills

Basic working knowledge of AWS core cloud services, understanding of basic cloud deployment, server resource allocation and network deployment logic.

Familiar with basic IT system deployment logic, able to document system topology, deployment path and data transmission rules.

Solid written & verbal communication ability, capable of independent, formal one-on-one communication with business partners and regulators without a language barrier.

Business Ability

Able to articulate clear logic statements, independently explain system local deployment scheme, compliance design and operation mode to overseas regulators.

Strong problem-solving ability, patient in responding to local team demands and regulatory inquiries.

Understanding of basic overseas market data compliance, local server deployment and industry supervision is preferred.

Personal Quality: Strong cross-regional communication awareness, responsible attitude, good execution and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to cross-timezone collaboration.
