  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to reduce friction and enhance the customer journey.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to pinpoint pain points and optimize interactions across desktop and mobile views, and app experiences.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineers to implement A/B tests and implement changes aimed at improving engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, risk, and engineering teams, country managers, and peer PMs to align conversion goals with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure that campaigns, landing pages, and onboarding flows are optimized for performance and consistency.
  • Leverage analytics tools and reporting frameworks to monitor top funnel KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and action upon them.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of planned optimizations, addressing potential bottlenecks proactively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, and utilize product discovery methods for funnel optimization.
  • Regularly iterate on strategies and experiments to ensure continued improvement in customer conversion rates.

What would ensure success in this role?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversion optimization or customer journeys.
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving measurable business impact.
  • Familiarity with analytics and testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely).
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and CRO principles.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and use them to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience managing stakeholders across marketing, design, and engineering teams.
