System Trainee

The System Trainee for battery design will play an essential role in the design of our batteries through to full production and delivery. You will support a talented and growing team of battery designers through the project stages of multiple high-value battery designs, including analysis and verification of initial specifications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of high-voltage battery system requirements.
- Collaborate in the creation of verification and validation plans to confirm that requirements are met.
- Assist in the development of subsystem and component-level requirements.
- Support in defining base requirements for mechanical design.
- Contribute to defining boundary conditions and input parameters for CAE activities.
- Help develop and utilize cell-based computational models to support high-voltage battery system architecture.
Minimum qualifications, skills and experience
- Currently pursuing studies in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Interest in the development of high-voltage battery systems.
- Familiarity with requirements definition and management.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of requirements management tools (Polarion, Integrity, DOORS, Aurous, etc.).
- Understanding of development-related analysis methods (FMEA, FTA, V-model, etc.).
- Familiarity with Simulink, Matlab, Visual, C++, or Python.
