We are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager (UK) to join the team based in our satellite office in UK. Reporting to the Company Executives, your primary responsibilities will be to collaborate closely with our clients to understand their needs and to develop effective growth strategies.

It is essential to have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, especially in the UK and international markets, as well as strong communication and commercial skills.

Responsibilities 
•    Attract and retain clients while nurturing continuity for sustainable growth.
•    Create compelling business proposals and negotiate agreements for fruitful partnerships.
•    Cultivate relationships with top-level executives in multinational firms to explore collaboration opportunities.
•    Conduct thorough interviews to identify top talent and create tailored shortlists.
•    Use industry expertise to provide customized B2B solutions for client needs.
•    Utilize professional social media for effective talent sourcing and engagement.
•    Monitor progress through weekly KPIs and monthly revenue goals.
•    Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
•    Identify and attract top talent in specific sectors for organizational success.

Minimum qualifications, skills and experience
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills are vital for engaging with clients and executives, as well as for drafting proposals and closing deals.
•    Deep understanding of British culture and experience with UK companies in the automotive sectors.
•    A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles is crucial for driving business growth and managing the sales process effectively.
•    Business managers need to be adept at solving problems and thinking strategically to overcome challenges and identify new opportunities.
•    Effective leadership and adaptability are essential for guiding teams, navigating changing market conditions, and driving overall business success.
•    Building relationships with clients, team members, and industry contacts requires excellent interpersonal skills.

Desirable skills and additional experience
•    Spanish knowledge is a plus, although not an essential requirements.
•    Standards knowledge: familiarity with Automotive industry standards.
•    Startup experience: experience in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
