Our Client and Marketing team are looking for an experienced Marketing Senior Specialist, US Marketing and Client Experience to join the team.
This hands-on role will support day-to-day US marketing activity and help launch Baringa’s first US Client Network for Strategy and Commercial leaders. The role will support campaigns, social activity, events, webinars, content coordination, reporting inputs, client communications, and network-related activity.
Working closely with the US Marketing Lead, account teams, US business stakeholders, and UK Client Experience colleagues, this role will help keep US marketing and client engagement activity organized, coordinated, and moving forward.
What you will be doing
US marketing and client activity support
- Support US marketing activity across campaigns, social, events, webinars, content coordination, and reporting.
- Support the launch and ongoing coordination of Baringa’s US Client Network for Strategy and Commercial leaders.
- Coordinate activity across marketing, account teams, EAs, suppliers, speakers, and UK Client Experience colleagues.
- Keep timelines, actions, owners, and next steps clear across workstreams.
Program delivery and coordination
- Manage project plans, timelines, trackers, actions, and delivery milestones across US marketing and Client Network activity.
- Support event and webinar execution, including logistics, promotion, registration, speaker coordination, attendee tracking, follow-up, and reporting inputs.
- Maintain a US event playbook, including timelines, roles, templates, trackers, follow-up process, and execution standards.
- Improve recurring processes to reduce duplication and make activity easier to deliver.
Content delivery and coordination
- Coordinate content timelines, reviews, approvals, version control, and publishing steps.
- Coordinate Client Network materials, including invitations, reminders, member emails, briefing materials, agendas, feedback requests, and follow-up emails.
- Support campaign and event-related content, including edits, formatting, asset management, and follow-through.
Operational excellence and ways of working
- Maintain workplans, trackers, target lists, invite lists, registration tracking, attendance records, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with account teams and internal stakeholders to keep Client Network information organized and up to date.
- Track actions, owners, deadlines, and next steps across workstreams.
- Support consistent ways of working across US marketing and Client Network activity.
Reporting and marketing operations
- Pull and organize reporting inputs across campaigns, social, events, webinars, and Client Network activity.
- Track Client Network attendance, engagement, feedback, follow-up actions, and operational performance.
- Track follow-up activity after campaigns, events, webinars, and Client Network touchpoints.
- Support audience data, email coordination, trackers, and marketing operations activity.
Your skills and experience
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, events, client engagement, community programs, social activity, client communications, or reporting, ideally in B2B or professional services.
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, details, actions, and multiple workstreams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Experience working across a matrixed organization and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support clear internal and client-facing materials.
- Experience using reporting inputs to track activity, engagement, follow-up, and performance.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
