You will have the autonomy to shape local recommendations and progress agreed activity, while working within Baringa’s global brand, governance and investment frameworks.

Much of our work in the region supports organisations in the energy and resources sector.

What you will be doing

  • Partner with regional leaders and global sector marketers to identify the audiences, themes and activities that will have the greatest impact.
  • Assess and prioritise marketing opportunities and requests based on business value, audience need and available resources.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and allocate investment effectively.

Campaigns, content development and client engagement

  • Develop and deliver integrated campaigns, thought leadership, case studies, digital content, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and deliver client events, roundtables, networks and corporate hospitality programmes.
  • Build Baringa’s profile through relevant industry events, conferences, sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage local website and social media content, media relations and PR activity where required.

Stakeholder and supplier management

  • Build trusted relationships with Partners, Directors and sector teams across the region.
  • Work with global marketing colleagues to adapt global campaigns and content for local audiences and ensure regional perspectives inform global planning.
  • Manage agencies, industry partnerships and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality work and maximise value.

Measurement and team contribution

  • Set appropriate measures of success and report regularly on marketing activity, outcomes and commercial contribution.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of priorities, progress, results and upcoming opportunities.
  • Raise the visibility and understanding of marketing activity across the region.
  • Contribute to the continued development of Baringa’s global Clients & Marketing function by sharing insight, ideas and good practice.

Support the development of Baringa’s  Clients & Marketing function, collaborating with colleagues in the Function and in the wider business to create a world-class team, and showcasing the value of marketing to the business.

This role reports into the International Marketing Senior Manager in the UK and is part of Baringa’s Clients & Marketing team (based primarily in the UK). You’ll work closely with Partners, Directors and colleagues across the UK, Australia and Singapore.

This is a visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with delivery, working with senior stakeholders and building momentum in a growing region.
