Our Digital & Technology practice is looking for an experienced Senior Manager or Director to join the team.
As part of our Digital & Technology (D&T) practice, you will lead complex commodity trading transformation programs, combining deep trading domain expertise with program leadership and technology delivery experience. Working across ETRM implementations, business process redesign, operating model transformation, and multi-vendor delivery environments, you will help clients translate strategic objectives into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes. Partnering with trading, risk, finance, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders, you will guide programs from mobilization and delivery through business readiness, cutover, stabilization, and transition into operations, helping clients realize the full value of their technology investments.
What you will be doing
- You will lead complex business and technology transformation programs for Commodities & Energy Trading clients, setting delivery strategy, governance, and accountability across multiple workstreams.
- You will oversee the full program lifecycle, from business case development and mobilization through implementation, cutover, stabilization, and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- You will establish and lead high-performing PMOs, ensuring robust planning, dependency management, financial oversight, risk management, executive reporting, and benefits realization.
- You will partner with senior client stakeholders across commercial, trading, operations, risk, finance, and technology functions to translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.
- You will provide delivery assurance and program recovery support, identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving successful outcomes in complex delivery environments.
- You will manage multidisciplinary client, vendor, and system integrator teams while coaching and developing junior consultants.
- You will support business development activities through client relationship management, proposal development, solution shaping, and thought leadership.
Your skills and experience
Our Senior Manager position typically requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consulting role (Director 10+ years), with demonstrated leadership of large-scale programs or transformation initiatives across the following key areas:
- You've led large-scale transformation programs involving multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, vendors, complex dependencies, and significant delivery accountability.
- You have experience establishing and leading PMOs, including governance, integrated planning, financial management, executive reporting, and delivery assurance.
- You've worked across Commodities & Energy Trading environments, with knowledge of trading, risk, operations, logistics, settlements, accounting, and the broader commodity trade lifecycle.
- You have experience delivering or overseeing ETRM/CTRM implementations, trading platform transformations, or other complex technology-enabled change initiatives.
- You can confidently engage executive stakeholders, influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and communicate complex delivery challenges clearly.
- You've successfully led and developed consulting teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- You bring commercial acumen and experience supporting business development, client growth, and opportunity shaping.
- Experience with AI-enabled transformation, advanced analytics, program recovery, business readiness, organizational change, or multi-commodity trading environments would be advantageous.
