System Technician

Are you passionate about technology and possess outstanding skills in the systems area? Join our team at Arsys as a System Technician and make a difference in the operation of our products!

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of servers/virtual machines.
• Capacity and performance management of production platforms.
• Coordination of projects with system administrators.
• Calculation and analysis of indicators for dashboards.
• Participation in the management of software changes and updates.
• Technical support to various departments within the organization.
• Development of technical documentation for the product life cycle.
• Monitoring and management of hardware alerts.
• Maintenance and updating of platforms.

Requirements:

• Technical education in Computer Science (minimum of a higher education level certificate).
• More than 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to work in Logroño 3 days a week.
• Strong scripting skills (preferably in Python and/or PowerShell).
• Experience in virtualization and storage technologies (SAN, NAS, Object).
• Fluent English. We work in an international environment with professionals from different countries.
• High capacity for learning and continuous improvement with strong teamwork skills.
