System Analyst Developer

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our business support systems (BSS), which include:
• Reporting development (Microstrategy)
• Billing and pricing our several products.
• Integration with financial and other systems of the group (SAP, collections management,...)
• Our own CRM management with Jira integration
• Customer communications and internal support to our final users

Integration of Arsys BSS with IONOS global systems

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant vocational training with experience
• Proficiency in SQL, .NET, and reporting (MicroStrategy)
• Knowledge of billing/CRM
• Interested in testing processes
• Experience with version control using GIT
• Fluent in English
• Desirable Java and Jira experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proactive, teamwork-oriented, with multitasking skills
• Curiosity and an eagerness for self-directed learning and personal development
