Build a high-performance career in recruitment — with structured progression, meaningful impact and real earning potential.

At Amoria Group, we partner with global leaders in tech, engineering and energy industries shaping the future. Our Delivery Consultants play a critical role in connecting talented professionals with opportunities that shape businesses and careers.

This is an entry-level opportunity with clear progression, structured training and a supportive environment designed to help you succeed.

You don’t need recruitment experience. You do need curiosity, organisation and a commitment to delivering a great experience.

The Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will:

  • Identify and engage talented professionals in specialist markets

  • Build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders

  • Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process

  • Keep processes organised, accurate and compliant

  • Develop strong market knowledge and commercial awareness

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Success in this role comes from consistency, attention to detail and the ability to build genuine relationships.

Who Thrives Here

We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds — including customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres or other fast-paced roles.

Sales experience can be helpful, but it’s not essential.

You’re likely to thrive if you are:

  • Motivated by achieving goals and seeing tangible progress

  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Confident communicating with a variety of people

  • Resilient and solution-focused

  • Ambitious about building a long-term career

We recognise that many people only apply when they feel they meet every requirement. If this role interests you and you believe you have the potential to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Gain

  • Uncapped commission with transparent earning progression

  • A structured, award-winning training programme from day one

  • A clear 10-step career pathway with measurable milestones

  • Hybrid and flexible working

  • Two annual incentive trips

  • £500 annual personal development allowance

  • Inclusive family-forming policies (fertility, adoption, surrogacy and more)

  • 24/7 wellbeing support

  • A volunteering day to give back

  • A culture that values performance, collaboration and inclusion
