As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll combine sales, business development, and account management - building your own network of clients and candidates while driving revenue growth.

What will you do:

  • Prospecting, pitching and converting new clients via calls, emails and online meetings
  • Growing accounts by developing strong and long-term relationships with decision makers to secure repeat business
  • Identify and attract top talent to meet your clients needs
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients and candidates by keeping up to date with the market and be able to offer solutions that add real value
  • Close deals by negotiating terms, managing the offers and securing successful placements.

What we are looking for:

  • You are social, proactive, and a strong communicator
  • You can work independently but also feel comfortable in a team
  • You perform well under time pressure and can easily adapt in a fast growing environment
  • You have a higher professional level of thinking and working
  • Can speak fluent English and Dutch/German is a plus
  • Live in and around the Amsterdam area
