With Creator Marketing being a key marketing channel for air up and contributing to a major part of our revenue and business growth, we are looking for a (Junior) Creator Marketing Manager for the DACH market who is passionate about combining creativity with data-driven performance.

 

***This role is located in Munich***

 

Your responsibilities

  • Developing highly effective local content creator marketing campaigns that are aligned to our overall marketing and content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
  • Identifying relevant creators for long-term brand partnerships.
  • Developing and managing relationships with creators, influencers and agencies.
  • Sharing responsibility for the monthly planning and management of a six-digit budget covering the DACH region.
  • Taking full ownership of budget and creator campaigns, covering the ideation of creative concepts, creator negotiations, contracting, day-to-day communication, content reviews, performance analysis and campaign reporting.
  • Monitoring, reporting & analysing campaigns on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and maximising campaigns based on insights.
  • Staying up to date with the latest creator marketing economy trends and incorporating them into your strategies & campaigns.
  • Working closely with other cross-functional departments to deliver fully integrated 360 creator marketing campaigns (paid social, CRM, etc).
  • Collaborating with the wider cross-country creator marketing team to ensure local market learnings are shared in order to optimize overall performance.

 

This is you 

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have completed equivalent vocational training.
  • Fluent German & Fluent English in written and spoken words, other languages (French, Italian, Swedish, Dutch) are a plus.
  • A minimum 1 year of working experience within the creator and influencer marketing industry, preferably within the DACH market.
  • A confident and skilled negotiator & campaign manager.
  • Highly organised and structured in your approach to campaign management.
  • Ability to understand, measure and drive successful creator marketing metrics.
  • Strong understanding of DACH (social media) culture.
  • You enjoy staying up to date with the latest social trends especially on TikTok and Instagram, and you have a strong affinity and passion for anything creator marketing related.
  • You are located in the Munich area.
