Your responsibilities

• You re-build and maintain our monthly “Food News”-updates, where we look into the market and see what is freshly launched. 
• You build a social trend radar to spot fast paced food trends as early as possible.
• You will assist our Flavour Developers in ongoing development projects and in the preparations of external Consumer Panels and internal sensory evaluations
• You will prepare flavour samples for tastings, shelf life tests and you will coordinate tasting sessions
• You will support the Team with your participation in internal tasting session for new flavour developments and reworks
• You will coordinate sample shipments to panel participants and internal stakeholders
• Based on targeted marketing claims, you design and conduct a consumer- or clinical study with air up products.

This is you 

• You have been enrolled as a student at a university since minimum 3 semesters and will be enrolled for minimum another year or longer
• You are available to work approx. 8-16 hours/week
• You study food science, nutrition science, sensory-/consumer-research or any related field
• Food and health is your passion, Experience in food- and market-research is a plus
• You are fluent in English
• You are familiar with Google Workspace, experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana) and/or research related software is a plus
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player in a highly collaborative context
• You had exposure to food production environments and/or Labs before
•
