Your Role: Shaping Leadership, Breaking the Mold

At air up, we don't do things by the book—and neither will you. As a People and Culture Coach and Consultant, you'll lead the charge in developing a leadership program that brings our bold culture and values to life. Your mission: translate what we stand for into something real, tangible, and impactful for every leader.
You'll work hands-on with the other Business Partners to ensure leadership excellence is ingrained in everything we do, empowering our leaders and teams to push boundaries and perform at their best.

Your responsibilities

  • Leadership Development: Create and launch a long-term leadership framework that aligns with our bold and distinctive culture. Kick off the project, mobilize the necessary resources, and provide managers with everything they need to succeed. Your program will ensure our leaders don’t just talk the talk—they’ll walk the walk, driving lasting change and leading by example every step of the way.

  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach leaders directly and equip our P&C Business Partners with the tools and guidance to mentor their teams, ensuring the leadership framework aligns with all teams and embeds our culture across the organization.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of two with empathy, guiding them to embody our values, mission, and vision while fostering growth and performance.

  • HR Management: Manage key HR responsibilities like employee relations, workforce planning, and supporting performance management while ensuring effective business partnering.

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the long-term People and Culture vision, challenging ideas and initiatives to keep them in line with what we truly stand for. This is about setting the stage for innovation and leadership from the ground up.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience: 5+ years as an HR Business Partner, coach, or consultant in a fast-paced, high-energy, and growth-oriented environment.

  • Leadership Development Expertise: You've designed leadership programs that aren’t just “nice to have” but are impactful, relevant, and continuously evolving to keep leaders on their toes.

  • Cultural Alignment: You can walk into a room and immediately translate what a company stands for into practical leadership actions, driving behavior change from the top down.

  • Innovative Problem-Solving: You don’t wait for challenges to show up—you spot them before they happen and make bold decisions to address them.

  • Labor Law Smarts: You’re the trusted advisor who applies your solid understanding of labor law to guide our teams with clarity and confidence.

Why This Role is Different

This isn’t your standard HR position. It’s about creating something new—something that pushes boundaries and challenges the status quo. You’ll design a leadership program that shapes the future of our leaders, aligns teams with our culture, and drives real change at air up. At the same time, you’ll ensure smooth HR operations, because effective people management and culture go hand in hand.
