As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you'll join a cross-functional team of specialists shaping and scaling paid social campaigns across Europe. Working in areas like media buying and creative strategy, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that power our growth.

In our agile Marketing Squads, you’ll collaborate beyond your team – with creatives, product, and creator marketing – to launch campaigns that deliver both short-term results and long-term brand impact. From analyzing performance to briefing creatives, you’ll be empowered to take ownership and drive innovation from day one.

 Your responsibilities

  • Planning, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns (primarily on Meta & TikTok) across various EU markets and marketing funnel stages
  • Constant monitoring & reporting of campaign performance, focusing on key metrics & KPIs such as CPM, CTR, TSR, CPA, etc., and making quick, data-driven adjustments to increase effective & efficiency
  • Effective budget management: You ensure that budgets are allocated wisely across different campaigns & channels
  • Analysis and strategic development: You identify patterns, test new ideas, and derive optimization strategies – all with the goal of continuously scaling our performance
  • Creative strategy and coordination: You collaborate closely with our creative, customer insights team & creator marketing team to create channel- and audience-specific creative briefs (incl.UGC scripts)  and are responsible for testing and further developing creatives
  • New platforms and trends: You stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and AI innovations, and proactively contribute ideas to expand or change our channel mix
  • Independent project management: You take ownership of cross-functional projects (i.e. paid media sales or brand activations) from briefing the creatives to setting up, monitoring & optimizing campaign performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with other marketing functions & in cross-functional task forces (Creative, Creator Marketing, CRM, Customer Insights, Product)

That's you

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or in a related field
  • You have 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing with focus on Paid Social Advertising in a D2C e-commerce environment
  • You’ve got hands-on experience with Meta & TikTok Business Manager; experience with Google Ads (Search & YouTube) is a plus
  • Scaling with Advantage+, Smart+, DemandGen while testing in controlled environments are part of your marketer DNA
  • You have experience in both performance and branding campaigns, optimizing  towards direct response metrics as well as long-term brand building KPIs
  • You have a good sense for creative & storytelling along the funnel - you understand how different content performs across different platforms
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and love to shape & build things
  • You work can work independently in interdisciplinary task-forces, in a structured & solution-oriented manner
  • Your English skills are professional; other languages are a plus
