Munich; Remote Germany

Be extraordinary - Excite the ordinary!

Our vision is to make a healthy and sustainable lifestyle the most attractive choice. So we defy: the status quo, misleading product, and nonsense rules! We truly believe in the power of ideas and are thirsty to realize the ones that could have impact. We're an eclectic bunch of creative minds, experts, builders, and improvers. Our perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, dreams, skills, and life paths may have nothing in common, but we gather behind a vision and sail together towards our ambitious goals.

Are you looking to take on a new challenge? Let's talk.

We’re looking for an in-house Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, knows how to move at the speed of trends, and has the creative chops to make content that actually performs. You’ll be part of our internal creative team, working on both organic and paid content that speaks directly to our Gen Z audience across Europe.
You’ll shoot, edit and work closely with the creator marketing team to launch your creations. Sometimes you’ll be in front of the camera. Sometimes behind. Always pushing to make the kind of content that earns attention. You’re as comfortable scripting a new TikTok series as you are filming product shots, unboxings, or campaign assets. Above all, you have a creative drive that blends platform expertise with hands-on production skills, and lots of zest for life.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop, shoot, edit and publish native content for TikTok and Instagram, both for our organic channels and for paid ad use.
  • Ability to create content tailored to clear objectives and defined target audiences.
  • Jump on trends, memes, and formats to keep our content culturally relevant and platform native.
  • Understand how to read content performance and use those insights to tweak, improve, and shape future social content.
  • Appear on camera as needed while also producing content that features others or focuses fully on product storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative, brand, and performance marketing teams to align content with business and campaign goals.
  • Create both short-form organic content and native-style ad creatives for paid performance marketing.
  • Use tools like CapCut, Figma (FigmaBuzz), Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop to edit and finalize content.
  • Travel occasionally across Germany and Europe to capture content on location.
  • Manage multiple content projects and shoot days at a fast, platform-driven pace.
  • Stay ahead of social platform updates, creative trends, and emerging content formats to keep us ahead of the curve.

This is you

  • You’re Gen Z, with experience creating content for Gen Z.
  • Proven experience in creating successful Instagram and TikTok content (folio required).
  • Confident in front of the camera, but equally comfortable behind it.
  • Excellent shooting and video editing skills, with proficiency in CapCut, Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a fast-moving creative team.
  • Strong understanding of what drives engagement, reach, and shareability on social.
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and excited to experiment with new ideas and formats.
  • Knowledge of the global influencer scene.
  • The ability to travel for shoots across Germany and Europe.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
