At air up, we're always cooking up fresh ideas to expand into new markets and sales channels. As a Business Development intern on our Strategy team, you'll be right there, helping us explore potentially game-changing initiatives. We're talking about venturing into new territories, and these early explorations could turn into something huge! You'll be a key player in these exciting efforts, helping us test out new ways to grow and reach more people.

Your responsibilities
- Drive Organic Creator Seeding for Market Launches:
You identify and activate the right micro-creators in new markets to help build awareness and buzz around our product. You handle end-to-end coordination – from outreach and communication to briefing, product shipment, and tracking content performance. You analyze impact and continuously suggest improvements to boost reach and engagement. - Build Scalable Marketing Processes:
You design and implement systems that help us manage micro-creators more efficiently as we grow – starting with simple, smart interim solutions (e.g. Google Sheets or Airtable) and evolving toward long-term tools and automations that streamline outreach, tracking, and reporting. - Support the Launch of air up Own Stores:
You play an active role in developing and launching our own retail presence across Europe. From scouting locations and shaping creative concepts for pop-up stores to helping manage rollouts and ensuring smooth execution, you contribute directly to a completely new and exciting growth channel.
This is you
- You're currently studying or just finished a degree in Business, Business Technology, or Marketing.
- You've already dipped your toes into Business Development and/or Marketing through internships, student jobs, or university projects.
- You love diving into the unknown and are super curious about exploring new ground.
- You're not afraid to fail and will try a million different ways to crack the code.
- You've definitely opened Excel or Google Sheets before and are comfortable with numbers.
- You're into social media, know your pop culture, and keep up with the latest trends.
- You're fluent in English, and bonus points if you speak other languages (especially Arabic, Polish and Spanish)
