Be extraordinary - Excite the ordinary!

Our vision is to make a healthy and sustainable lifestyle the most attractive choice. So we defy: the status quo, misleading product, and nonsense rules! We truly believe in the power of ideas and are thirsty to realize the ones that could have impact. We're an eclectic bunch of creative minds, experts, builders, and improvers. Our perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, dreams, skills, and life paths may have nothing in common, but we gather behind a vision and sail together towards our ambitious goals.

Are you looking to take on a new challenge? Let's talk.

Our Finance team plays a key role in supporting company-wide decision-making through insight-driven analysis and a strong understanding of our business dynamics. As our offline retail business continues to grow rapidly, we’re looking for motivated, hands-on support to strengthen our Finance operations. You’ll work closely with Sales and Logistics to support and improve end-to-end processes across our offline retail value chain. In addition, you’ll actively contribute to finance-strategic projects together with our Controlling and Corporate Finance teams - gaining exposure to topics like financial reporting, bank and liquidity management, and cross-functional process improvements.

***This role is located in Munich***

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing invoices for our offline retail partners, in close collaboration with the Key Account Managers and the Logistics team
  • Owning the accounts receivable process for offline retail (“Debitorenmanagement”), including setting up new customer accounts, monitoring incoming payments, and managing as well as following up on open receivables
  • Optimizing and further developing our invoicing process for offline retailers and contributing your own ideas
  • Gaining hands-on experience in Accounting tasks, including month-end closing activities and assisting with the preparation and execution of the annual financial statements and audit
  • Working alongside the Corporate Finance and Controlling teams on strategic financial projects, including topics such as financial reporting, bank and liquidity management
  • Assisting with ad-hoc financial analyses and administrative tasks to support the wider Finance team

 That’s you

  • You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in a related field
  • You’re a numbers' person - analytical, precise, and genuinely interested in accounting, HGB, tax law, and financial detail
  • You’ve gained some initial experience in Finance and/or Accounting through previous internships, student jobs, or university projects
  • You bring a hands-on mentality and are eager to dive into operational tasks
  • You are highly motivated, curious, and open to learning new things every day
  • You work in a structured way and stay focused and efficient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • You’re available for a full-time internship for 6 to 9 months, starting as soon as possible
  • You are fluent in German and English
