At air up, retail is a key part of our journey to revolutionize the way people experience hydration. As a working student in our Retail team, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping everything running smoothly by managing data, responding to inquiries, and supporting our ongoing projects.

Your responsibilities 

 

• Sales Data Management: Maintain sales data in relevant systems, including sell-out data, sell-in data, and performance tracking.

• Sales & Customer Support: Manage customer inquiries as first line of response of the Retail team

• Invoice Verification & Approval: Review and approve invoices for accuracy, ensuring alignment with product information, pricing, and other relevant data.

• Ad-hoc Projects: Support on various ad-hoc projects as needed, including data analysis, market research, and project coordination.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to challenges.

• Independent and proactive: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and take initiative.

• Strong attention to detail: Meticulous and accurate in data entry, analysis, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues and supervisors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets: Strong Excel skills, including data handling, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Desirable Skills:

• Interest in retail industry trends: Curiosity about consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
