At Wireless Logic Benelux, you are part of the Wireless Logic Group, a global specialist in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT). We facilitate secure and efficient communication between various devices.

For our office in Eindhoven, we are looking for an Financial Administrator. As a financial expert, you share responsibility for the complete financial administration of our company.

Tasks

• Checking and handling monthly, partly automated invoicing
• Active debtor management
• Answering customer questions directed to our financial department
• Acting as a financial link between customers and account managers
• Processing additional financial transactions in the accounting system
• Supporting monthly closing reconciliations

Profile

• Dutch and English speaking
• HBO-level education with a completed degree in accountancy/business economics
• Several years of relevant work experience
• Experience with reconciling general ledger accounts
• Accurate and responsible
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills
• Flexible
• Knowledge of Sage X3 is a plus
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
• Customer- and service-oriented
• Stress-resistant
• Preferably living in the Eindhoven area
