The Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role plays a key part in supporting our Global Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring our Salesforce CRM and integrated systems are maintained, optimized and delivering accurate insights. You’ll help drive sales reporting, pipeline analysis, and CRM data integrity, while also supporting Salesforce users across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys data, reporting, CRM systems and working cross-functionally with sales teams.
Your Daily Quest:🌎
Salesforce & CRM Management
- Maintain and administer Salesforce CRM, ensuring high standards of data quality and hygiene
- Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce queries via Zendesk
- Escalate issues to Level 2 support when required
- Support CRM development updates and system improvements
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce
- Analyse pipeline and revenue data across global regions
- Support the forecast commitment process and monthly reporting
- Combine data from Salesforce and internal revenue documents to provide business insights
Sales & Marketing Performance Tracking
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to track lead performance and campaign ROI
- Support reporting that tracks lead conversion and sales pipeline progression
Business & System Support
- Assist with the global Salesforce integration project
- Maintain the Sales Operations intranet section
- Deliver Salesforce training for new starters
- Work with Finance, Customer Service and Commercial teams to resolve operational queries
Tools & Platforms
You’ll regularly work with:
- Salesforce CRM
- Zendesk
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups)
- Power BI
- Microsoft Office
The Secret Sauce:🍨
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, CRM systems and sales teams.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Lookups
- Ability to build reports and dashboards
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice To Have
- Salesforce administration experience
- Power BI experience
- B2B sales or commercial environment experience
Personal Qualities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
