About the Role

The Inside Hosting Manager (IHM) is responsible for leading Hosting and Cloud activities in the region based on the Veeam Cloud & Service Provider Program, managing and driving business results of selected group of Veeam Cloud partners, recruitment and on-boarding of new Cloud resellers and partners, maintaining their sustainable growth to ensure that the regional Cloud Quota is reached and exceeded. The IHM will provide advice and assistance to Veeam Cloud Providers on all licensing, product, sales and technical requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieving sales targets and maximizing cloud revenue
  • Leading Hosting and Cloud activities (sales and marketing) in the defined region through the Veeam Cloud Provider program
  • Support & manage existing Rental Distributors/Sub-Aggregators to drive Veeam Cloud & Hosting capabilities across the region
  • Target the largest Cloud providers in the assigned market, develop sales within the region together with the sales team
  • Updating and maintaining partner accounts in Veeam CRM system (SalesForce.com)
  • Keeping partners up-to-date on Veeam news and promos
  • Checking compliance with VCSP Program requirements and drive upgrade of partner level
  • Keeping track of new product releases (Veeam and competition) as well as marketing updates
  • Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment
  • The obligation to fulfill professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, company level
  • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools / applications specific internal systems
  • Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Previous experience (mid-senior) in a Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred
  • Advanced English & Polish/Czech
  • Proven experience of developing relationships in order to drive sales activities within the Cloud/Hosting market
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Knowledge of the virtualization industry and the ability to relay information on the subject to potential customers
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry
  • Good presentation skills
