About the Role:
Veeam, following its acquisition of Securiti AI - the leader in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM) - is seeking a Director, Sales to drive double-digit growth and lead high-performance teams, oriented around the Securiti AI portfolio.
The Director, Sales, US Central will lead Securiti AI's sales organization and drive revenue growth across the region. This senior leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing high-performing teams, and establishing Securiti AI as the leading provider of Data and AI Security, Privacy, and Compliance solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals across the US Central region, working closely with executive leadership to align sales objectives with company vision and growth plans
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Drive enterprise sales cycles from start to finish, personally engaging with C-level executives at major accounts while enabling the team to do the same, leveraging deep understanding of data securiti, governance, and privacy landscapes
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers to create new revenue opportunities and enhance market presence
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product roadmap, and customer needs, providing valuable market feedback to inform company direction
What You’ll Bring:
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 8 years in senior sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales
- Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, compliance, or related fields
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and enterprise security requirements
- Previous success selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology)
- Track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships with major consulting firms and system integrators
- Experience with modern sales methodologies and tools (Salesforce, MEDDIC, etc.)
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and articulate compelling sales strategies that align with company objectives
- Team Building: Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
- Executive Presence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at the C-suite level
- Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
- Change Management: Experience leading organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation
- Experience scaling sales organizations from 10-$30M+ in annual recurring revenue

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.

$333,200 - $618,800 USD
Zone 2: Washington, California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area)
$305,500 - $567,400 USD
Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona
$277,700 - $515,800 USD
Zone 4: All other US locations
$241,600 - $448,700 USD
