About the Role
We are looking to hire a Senior Manager to lead and manage relationships with the BIG 4 consulting firms – EY, KPMG, PwC, and Deloitte. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing engagements and partnerships with these organisations, demonstrating strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Strategically manage and nurture relationships with EY, KPMG, PwC, and Deloitte to maximise business outcomes.
- Develop and execute engagement plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and compliance standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and project execution for BIG 4 clients.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BIG 4 ecosystem.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in client management, preferably with direct exposure to BIG 4 firms.
- Strong understanding of Backup, Security, consulting and professional services industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing TCS and JIO accounts will be considered an added advantage.
- Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
