Veeam Software is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Corporate Technology department, reporting to the VP of Core Services. In this role, you will design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions across networking, server infrastructure, endpoint management, and access management domains. You will be responsible for creating scalable and sustainable architectural frameworks that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with security and industry standards. 

Currently, we are looking for a Solutions Architect for Core Services. This role is remote.

Your tasks will include:

  • Design and architect technical solutions for infrastructure-related projects across networking, server infrastructure, endpoint management, and access management domains
  • Lead the development of comprehensive infrastructure solutions that align with Veeam's enterprise architecture standards and business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into scalable technical solutions while maintaining a balance between functionality, performance, and cost
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps using industry-standard methodologies and tools
  • Evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that provide competitive advantages
  • Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and infrastructure design patterns
  • Guide the implementation of security and compliance controls across infrastructure projects
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the technical growth of the organization 

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in solution architecture or similar technical leadership role
  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling tools
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Cisco networking, Jamf endpoint management, and VMware virtualization
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in designing and implementing secure infrastructure solutions 

Will be an advantage:

  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Professional certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF)
  • Experience with SOX compliance requirements and implementations
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 and other security certification frameworks
  • Experience implementing and maintaining compliance controls in infrastructure environments
  • Background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Experience in Product Management or working closely with Product teams

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

United States of America Pay Range

$142,700 - $203,900 USD
