The Role
As a DevOps Lead Engineer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 6+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, configuration, and management of Oracle XStore (v7.x, 18.x, 19.x, 21.x) and its components, including XCenter, XAdmin, and XEnvironment.
Manage infrastructure across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows platforms. - Administer Oracle Databases (10g, 11gR2, 12c, 19c) with a focus on performance optimization and high availability.
- Configure and manage application servers such as Jetty, Apache, Oracle Forms, and WebLogic, as well as Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Oversee deployments and system administration tasks related to Oracle XStore, including monitoring and maintaining XStore environments (XCenter, XAdmin).
- Utilize tools such as SQL Developer, JIRA, ServiceNow, New Relic, RunDeck, CHEF, Ansible, and InTune/SCCM for infrastructure management and automation.
- Optimize configurations for payment types, inventory handling, and overall system performance across XStore applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues within the XStore suite, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Drive process improvements and implement infrastructure optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Must Have
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
- Expertise in Oracle XStore (v7.x, 18.x, 19.x, 21.x) and its associated components (XCenter, XAdmin, XEnvironment).
- Proficiency in Oracle Databases (10g, 11gR2, 12c, 19c).
- Experience with RHEL and Windows platforms.
- Knowledge of infrastructure management technologies such as Java, SQL, XML, Oracle DBA, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, New Relic, CHEF, Ansible, and InTune/SCCM.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
