The role  

As a Project Manager, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 10+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the Salesforce implementation project in Brazil, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while adhering to scope, budget, and quality standards. 
• Drive the successful adoption of Salesforce CRM tailored to local and global business needs. 
• Manage a project team of up to 10 members, providing leadership, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
• Monitor progress and proactively address issues or bottlenecks. 
• Serve as the primary liaison between the local teams in São Paulo, global stakeholders and executive management. 
• Communicate effectively in Portuguese with the local team and in English with global stakeholders. 
• Provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to align project goals with business objectives. 
• Deliver regular project status updates and reports to leadership in Brazil & Israel. 
• Collaborate with  L&D to ensure user adoption of Salesforce solutions. 
• Partner with technical experts to customize and integrate Salesforce solutions. 
• Ensure smooth data migration, system configurations, and alignment with business requirements. 

 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.  
• Proven experience in managing Salesforce CRM implementation projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.  
• 10+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing Salesforce teams 
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration processes. 
• Excellent understanding of the complete ecosystem that Salesforce operates in, including integrations with third-party tools and alignment with enterprise IT landscapes. 
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. 
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

 

Nice to have qualifications  

• Experience with projects in the the chemical and mineral products industry
