The role  

As a Senior Business Analyst, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 6 to 8 yeats of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role responsibilities

At Valtech, you will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective solutions. You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and end users to optimize processes, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs and objectives.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Service Design: Skilled in applying service design principles to map end-to-end customer and process journeys.
• Solution Design: Work with technical teams to propose solutions that align with business requirements and constraints.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Procurement Phase Management: Lead the procurement phase by building evaluation grids based on business needs, engaging with vendors to assess solutions against defined criteria, and collaborating with business teams on prioritization to deliver a final recommendation.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Testing and Validation: Assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet business needs, and support stakeholders through the implementation phase.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data trends to support decision-making and provide insights to improve business processes.

 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Procurement and system analysis experience.
• Highly autonomous and organized, while remaining strongly connected to multiple stakeholders, Product Owners, and colleagues across Valtech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).

 

Nice to have qualifications  

• Experience with enterprise software solutions or SaaS platforms.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing processes.
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
