The role

As a AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS) Backend Developer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring strong backend engineering experience, a growth mindset and a drive to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in backend development, supporting teams with specialized knowledge.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of backend system architecture.
• Participate in the definition of development standards, conventions and best practices across projects.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to knowledge exchange across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality across DevOps, Architecture, Quality Assurance and Business Analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily meetings, Planning and Retrospectives.
• Stay up to date with new technology trends and share relevant insights with the team.
• Contribute to technical estimations for projects and features.
• Translate technical concepts and constraints for non-technical stakeholders when needed.
• Propose alternative technical solutions or workarounds for known issues or limitations.
• Contribute to the technical definition and breakdown of development tasks.
• Participate in the code review process, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.

 

Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
• Strong backend development experience.
• Experience contributing to scalable backend architectures and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and backend best practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Advanced English level.
