The Role  

As a Scrum Master, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 8+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as guardian of Agile principles and ensure the smooth operation of the Scrum process within the team. Facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and help the team deliver high-quality increments in a sustainable and efficient manner. (SFCC) Core duties will include:
• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Coaching the team in Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Removing obstacles that impede the progress of the development team.
• Ensuring alignment between the team and the Product Owner regarding goals and priorities.
• Monitoring team performance and promoting a culture of feedback, transparency, and delivery.
• Protecting the team from outside disruptions and scope creep.
• Supporting Agile adoption across the organization by mentoring individuals and teams.

Must have:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
• 6–9 years of overall IT experience
• Should have 4-5 yrs of experience in scrum master role for retail/ecom projects
• Well-versed in Jira, including customization and dashboard creation, to effectively manage backlogs, monitor progress, and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Strong facilitation and time management skills to ensure effective Scrum events
• Proven ability to track metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for stakeholder communication.
