Tech Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d)
Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) - Join Our Innovative Team at think-cell Software
Our Story
At think-cell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What You Will Do
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Talent Acquisition Manager with exceptional sourcing abilities to drive and own our technical hiring—especially for our world-class C++ Engineering team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment while developing innovative sourcing strategies to engage some of the most talented engineers in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for tech roles, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier C++ engineers.
- Build and execute advanced, creative sourcing strategies that go far beyond LinkedIn and traditional channels.
- Actively map talent markets, identify niche communities, and engage with passive candidates globally.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and collaboratively refine sourcing approaches.
- Coach candidates through a highly challenging and selective hiring process, ensuring excellent experience, transparency, and feedback.
- Track sourcing effectiveness, test new tools, and design new sourcing processes tailored to C++ hiring.
- Represent think-cell at technical events, conferences, meetups, and universities to expand our talent pipeline.
- Maintain a high bar for quality while filling roles efficiently in a competitive global market.
- Help shape our employer branding in the tech space, refining messaging and outreach strategies.
You will be great for this position if you have
- Exceptional sourcing skills, with proven experience engaging highly technical candidates (ideally C++ or similar).
- Strong creativity in sourcing: ability to think beyond LinkedIn, experiment with new channels, communities, events, and markets.
- A resilient mindset — our C++ hiring bar is extremely high, and even excellent candidates sometimes don’t pass. You are motivated, not discouraged, by this.
- Coachability and openness to feedback from Hiring Managers, engineers, and candidates.
- Experience managing end-to-end tech recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with experienced stakeholders.
- The ability to engage senior-level technical profiles — C++ hiring at think-cell is closer to executive search than standard tech recruiting.
- Comfort attending and representing think-cell at industry events.
- Berlin-based (or willing to relocate), with flexibility for occasional travel.
