We’re looking for a C++ Speaker to join our Engineering team at think-cell in a unique role that combines hands-on work on our product with representing think-cell in the C++ community.
You will use your strong C++ background to prepare and deliver high-quality technical talks and workshops on C++ fundamentals and advanced engineering topics, and to publish articles that share our engineering approaches and takeaways. You will also immerse yourself directly in think-cell's product development, contributing to our codebase and researching the best possible ways to tackle challenges we may face. Prepare and deliver technical talks or workshops, and publish technical articles or blog posts on C++ and software engineering topics,
-
Be involved in external recruiting and attracting young talent at career events,
-
Find elegant solutions to technical challenges that we encounter when implementing new features,
- Identify and implement useful abstractions to improve our code base, either by contributing to our open-source library, or by designing a solution tailored to what works for us.
Ideal candidates have:
-
Strong C++ programming skills (through education or experience),
-
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures,
-
Excellent communication skills while presenting technical content to different audiences,
-
Ability to explain complex technical content in an approachable and engaging manner,

Excitement to deliver talks at C++ events or technical conferences and to publish technical articles or blog posts,
-

Dedication to staying up to date with evolving C++ language standards (ISO C++ committee updates) and enjoyment in engaging with the C++ community.
What We Offer
-
Brilliant Team: Work with international colleagues with strong academic and professional experience,
-
Stable Environment: Join a market leader with a reliable product and a long-term focus,
