What You Will Do  

Join us as a Creative Director and take ownership of the company’s creative vision and brand identity across all touchpoints. You’ll lead the end-to-end design process, elevate brand storytelling, and ensure every piece of creative output drives impact and consistency. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a design leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and drive the overall creative vision and brand identity for the company.
• Drive the entire design process from concept to delivery on different types of projects including, but not limited to: marketing campaigns, website pages and conversion funnels, email templates, events, and sales collateral.
• Oversee concept development and execution for campaigns, product launches, events, and digital platforms.
• Provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and feedback to designers and external creators to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative output with strategic goals.
• Manage creative resources — from briefing external vendors to overseeing budgeting and timelines.
• Ensure all visual and verbal communications reflect the company’s tone, values, and positioning in the market.
• Develop self-service solutions for different teams in the organization that would guarantee quality, consistency and speed of visual outputs.
• Act as a design advisor and consultant to the team on all creative projects. Educated others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to elevate brand storytelling and visual identity.

You will be great for this position if you have  

• 8+ years of design experience at a B2B company, agency, design company, or related industry.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining a consistent brand visual identity across all channels (website, graphics, social, ads, etc).
• Experience steering graphic and motion design across
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide visual direction, guide design projects, and conceptualize innovative design solutions.
• Solid knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with and push forward the brand's identity.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
