Junior Office Manager (f/m/d) - Join Our Innovative Team at think-cell Software
Our Story
At think-cell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What You Will Do
We’re opening a second office space in Berlin — and we’re looking for a proactive Junior Office Manager to help bring it to life.
In this role, you’ll not only support the daily operations of our existing office, but also play a key part in shaping and maintaining our new workspace — ensuring it’s a welcoming, well-organized, and inspiring environment for everyone.
You’ll take ownership of keeping things running smoothly, managing supplies, and supporting company events, while being the friendly face that makes every employee and visitor feel at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the Berlin office.
- Welcome guests and act as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Manage office supplies, snacks, and drinks, ensuring that all common areas — especially the kitchen — are tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked each morning with fresh rolls and refreshments for the team.
- Contribute to keeping the office space tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.
- Support coordination and execution of internal events together with our Senior Office Manager.
- Partner with our Senior Office Manager through regular check-ins to ensure a consistent experience across both offices.
- Cooperate with internal teams (People, Accounting, IT) when needed.
- Handle small ad-hoc tasks that keep the office running efficiently.
You will be great for this position if you have
- Previous experience in office management, hospitality, or front desk roles.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
- A friendly and service-oriented personality with attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of daily challenges.
- A positive mindset and genuine interest in creating a welcoming environment for others.
- Fluency in German and good English communication skills.
Our Values
As part of our team, you will embody and help shape the following principles that define us:
- Forward Thinking: We embrace change and challenge the status quo.
- Ownership: We take pride in our work and learn from our mistakes.
- Customer First: We prioritize delivering lasting value.
- Unified Team: We foster collaboration, respect, and integrity.
