What You Will Do   

We're on the lookout for someone who genuinely cares about people and culture—an Employee Engagement & Experience Expert to help us create an exceptional workplace where people feel connected, valued, and inspired to do their best work. You will be the driving force behind initiatives that foster a thriving employee experience, from engagement surveys and internal events to recognition programs and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion initiatives that reinforce our think-cell values, our culture, and that help us to keep think-cell a great place to work
• Working closely with our office managers to plan and execute internal events that build community, e.g. town hall meetings, team-building & employee engagement activities, cultural celebrations
• Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition & Marketing teams to develop and promote an employer value proposition (EVP) that helps us to attract and retain the right talent for think-cell
• Own and manage our engagement survey process from design and rollout to analysis and action planning
• Develop programs to celebrate employee milestones, successes, and peer recognition
• Maintain and update the company wiki to ensure it remains a valuable resource for employees. 

 

You will be great for this position if you have  

• Proven experience in employee engagement, internal comms, employer branding, or related fields, ideally in a tech or software company.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives across multiple platforms.
• Experience managing internal comms channels and planning events or programs that drive engagement.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset, using data to inform branding decisions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media strategies, and employer review platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Kununu).
• Exceptional communication skills in English (German is a plus).
