Supply Chain Executive IRL

OVERVIEW:
Are you our next IRL Supply Chain Executive? Weβre looking for someone to support the IRL Supply Chain Team in their mission to support, manage & improve our global supply chain for our retail stores and wholesale partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Initial point of contact for internal/external lines of communication/queries relating to retail and wholesale supply chain
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific focus on speed, cost, and service quality metrics.
- Supports with creation of status and performance reporting ensuring clear communication to our retail team and wholesale partners.
- Analyse data to provide insights that support the functions objectives.
- Work in partnership with the IRL Supply Chain Managers to improve processes and drive fulfilment efficiencies
- Support on the communication of inbound merchandise versus required dates. Specific focus on launch stock for our retail estate and wholesale partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wider supply chain team, merchandise planning, sourcing, and finance.
- Responsible for timely and accurate data across all inbound related supply chain platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations for supply chain optimisation.
- Responsible for sharing production and shipping status to all global wholesale partners
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Knowledge of global transportation/supply chain processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to navigate systems to obtain data required.
- A proficient user of excel.
- Ability to prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working cross functionally.
WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Import/Export knowledge and understanding of required documentation.
- Experience of initiating and implementing continuous improvement
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
